| What size unit do I need? | This really depends on the size and amount of items you will be storing. All of our units have a 9-foot ceiling to allow room for stacking items up. Couches could be stood on end or tables could be disassembled to save on storage space. Consult our "unit sizes" section to give you specific details on the capacity of the different size storage units. |
| How much does it cost? | The cost of the units are determined by size. From a Small Closet to a Large Garage, you can choose the size and the price range that fits your needs. |
| Is there a deposit? | We do require a deposit which is equal to one months rent. |
| Is there insurance on my unit? | You are responsible for the insurance of the items in your unit. Addspace does not insure stored items. We do provide several, optional insurance packages that you can choose from, to take out on your unit. We do suggest that you check with your own insurance company as they may cover the items already. |
| When can I have access to my unit? | We are open and staffed seven days a week, Monday thru Thurs 8:30am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday 11:00am to 4:00pm. |
| Do I need to sign a contract? | Yes you will need to sign a contract, but you are not locked in to a yearly or even a 6 month obligation. We rent month to month. The minimum charge is one months rent, so you can stay as long or short as you need. |
