In 1988, brother’s John and Robert Fedigan purchased a three story brick building in the Market Street Industrial Park dating back to the early 1900's.  The property in the mid 1800's was part of the Dutchess Print Works, later known as the Garner Print Works, the first calico print works in America.  The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings.  After many years of hard work and restoration, the Market Street Industrial Park houses several distinct businesses within the complex.

In March of 1992, the Fedigan's opened ADDSPACE Indoor Self-Storage . Utilizing the entire first floor of the complex, the massive open space would become a state-of-the-art, heated, indoor self-storage facility. In 1998 as business grew, so did ADDSPACE, with the addition of a brand new two story heated and air conditioned building.  Today ADDSPACE houses over 600 individual storage units and offers indoor and outdoor vehicle storage.  The complex also offers office and warehousing space for lease.
